5 on 5 League/Tourney Basics:

• Prepare for heart-pounding battles with our 5 on 5 gameplay, where every player is eligible to make game-changing moves, including the center!
• Immerse yourself in the intense competition as the clock ticks away during two action-packed 20-minute halves. Keep an eye out for strategic timeouts, so you can regroup and strategize for victory!
• We provide the flags belts, but teams are encouraged to amp up their style by purchasing their own "popper" belts.
• Experience the thrill of college-style overtime, reserved exclusively for the playoffs. Will you be the hero to lead your team to glory?
• The coin toss determines possession, and when it's your home turf, you make the call! Possession starts at the 20-yard line, setting the stage for epic plays and unforgettable moments.
• Our dedicated team of referees ensures fair play, making every game a memorable and exhilarating experience. Show them your appreciation by paying the $30 referee fee per game.

Indoor Leagues 8 vs 8 Men's:

• Welcome to the heart-pounding action of our official Indoor Flag Football league held at Syracuse Indoor Sports Center on Hopkins Rd. Friday nights will never be the same again!
• Secure your team's spot in the league by paying the $900 team fee. Don't forget, team shirts with numbers on the back are required, showcasing your unity and style on the field. You can purchase them through SSA or choose a trusted vendor of your choice.
• Keep your eyes on the stats leaderboard as we recognize the top performers in various categories during the regular season. Show off your skills and aim for the top!
• Engage in the thrilling 8 on 8 gameplay, where every play counts. Our NYS Certified football officials will ensure fair play, making each game a true spectacle of talent and sportsmanship.
• Remember, all players must wear matching team shirts with the same number each week. Let your team spirit shine and avoid penalties that could cost you valuable yardage.

Outdoor Leagues 8 vs 8 Men's:

• Step onto the outdoor gridiron at Clay Park South (aka The Pitt), where the atmosphere is charged with excitement and camaraderie.
• Join the league by paying the $600 team fee, plus the team official fees, which include $55 for referee and STAT keeper services. Get ready to unleash your skills under the open sky!
• Formulate a formidable roster of 20 players, with 8 starters ready to dominate the field. We believe in giving you the power to build the ultimate dream team.
• In case of injuries, you can rely on our 2 Injured Reserve (IR) spots. Replace injured players and keep your championship dreams alive. Notify the league commissioner, Theresa, at Theresa@cusesports.com at least 24 hours before game day to activate these changes.
• Brace yourself for two heart-racing 25-minute running-clock halves, with a well-deserved halftime break of approximately 5 minutes to catch your breath and strategize for the next play.
